Have to rely on telecommunication companies’ performance for polling.

Activities

HSSE: Respect of the Golden rules and all the HSE rules and standards of TotalEnergies
Creation of dealer and station accounts and assigning the commission and discounts
Fuel Card Customization for existing, new client and creation and monitoring of Dealer station cards.
Amend client’s and staff card (i.e. refresh ceiling, Unlock locked cards, Unblocking blacklisted cards etc)
Ensuring that filing is properly done (Making sure all prepaid orders have been attached with a receipt from or account statement which indicate payment. Rectification/ reversal of reloads that have been done wrongly.
Allocating package charges on all customers’ accounts and Validating Extranet request from the customers.
Reconciliation of client and dealer accounts.
Handling Back-office stock i.e. cards, EPTs machine, Card Pockets, Card cleaners, Ribbons and EPT rollers.
Maintaining of All the EPTs machines and Training Pump attendance on the use of EPT machines.
Handling of the priority control 1 and 2. PC1 Polling, PC2 Trial balance on daily and weekly basis respectively.
Report items which need procurement such as fuel cards, rolls and EPT on time (Order submitted to
Total Africa takes six months)
