Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the garage.
• Supervise fundis and support staff.
• Ensure quality service, timely repairs, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory, spare parts, and tools.
• Prepare reports and advise management on garage operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in garage/workshop management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
