ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a hard-driving, revenue-obsessed General Manager to aggressively grow a recruitment and HR consulting agency. This role is 70% business development & sales, 30% operations and team leadership.
If you are not a closer, this role is not for you.
The General Manager will be accountable for bringing in business, closing deals, hitting revenue targets, and building a team that executes fast and delivers results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Sales (Primary Responsibility)
- Personally hunt, pitch, and close new clients
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Execute aggressive monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Price and negotiate recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR services
- Convert leads into signed contracts
- Build revenue-generating partnerships
2. Revenue & P&L Ownership
- Full responsibility for revenue growth and profitability
- Set and enforce sales targets
- Work with finance on invoicing, collections, and margins
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
3. Recruitment Delivery & Client Satisfaction
- Ensure fast and high-quality recruitment delivery
- Manage SLAs and client expectation
- Resolve escalations decisively
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead a sales-driven recruitment team
- Set KPIs and performance targets
- Coach high performers and address under performance quickly
5. Execution, Systems & Discipline
- Enforce execution culture and urgency
- Implement CRM, recruitment systems, and reporting
- Maintain performance dashboards
- Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field - Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or HR consulting
- Proven sales and deal-closing track record
- Experience managing teams and revenue targets
