Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR officer to oversee human resources functions across our multi-sector organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the unique HR needs within construction, Logistics, and microfinance industries, playing a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive workplace culture. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to each industry. 

Assist in develop and implement sector-specific HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

Manage employee performance appraisal systems, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs. 

Administer competitive compensation packages and benefits programs aligned with occupation health and safety standards, labor laws, and financial regulations. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, labor laws, and financial regulations. 

Maintain HR metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions. 

Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all business units. Supervise and mentor the HR team, encouraging professional development. Collaborate closely with operational leaders in construction, logistics, and microfinance to address sector- specific HR challenges. 

Promote a safe, compliant, and productive work environment. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 yearsmanagement experience.

Strong understanding of labor laws, safety standards, financial compliance and industry- specific regulations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict management skills, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders. 

Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software. 

Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret HR data and develop actionable insights. 

Adaptable, proactive, and solutions- oriented mindset.
