1) Supermarket Supervisors — 3 Position 

Role Purpose: 

Lead day-to-day store operations, deliver great customer experiences, manage staff performance and development, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily operations, merchandising standards, cash handling, cleanliness, and floor discipline. 
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate store staff; support HR with administrative tasks related to your team. 
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly; monitor and continuously improve customer service KPIs. 
  • Monitor inventory levels, guide replenishment, and prevent stock-outs and over-stocking. 
  • Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal requirements; uphold ethical business practices. 
  • Track performance, produce shift/daily reports, and recommend process improvements. 
  • Stay updated on retail trends and translate insights into actionable improvements. 

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2 year experience in supermarket/retail operations with team-leading exposure. 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic POS/stock systems. 
  • Integrity, accountability, and the ability to work shifts/weekends/public holidays.

2) Human Resources (HR) Officers — 3 Position 

Role Purpose: 

  • Manage the employee life cycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, policy compliance, and  HR records—aligned to company strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Draft JDs, post vacancies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, and onboard new hires.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll inputs, benefits, leave, and advise on pay structures and statutory deductions/pensions.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training plans, track performance, and support career growth and skills enhancement.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and manage disciplinary/grievance procedures fairly.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential HR records (attendance, performance reviews, personal files).
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure HR activities support overall business goals and culture. 

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2 year HR experience; retail exposure is an added advantage. 
  • Working knowledge of labour laws, HRIS, and best-practice HR processes. 
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills. 

3) Procurement Officers — 8 Positions 

Role Purpose: 

Source quality goods and services cost-effectively and on time. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate best value, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to meet operational needs. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Estimate and establish budgets and cost parameters for purchases; track and report variances.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; maintain an up-to-date approved vendor list. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure best value and delivery timelines.
  • Review and analyze supplier options, prices, MOQs, and lead times; run comparative analyses.
  • Ensure product quality standards and compliance with specifications before acceptance. 
  • Maintain accurate procurement records (POs, invoices, delivery notes, pricing history). 
  • Plan purchasing of equipment, services, and supplies in line with demand forecasts. 
  • Collaborate closely with store, warehouse, finance, and management to complete tasks and resolve issues.

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Diploma/Degree in Procurement & Supply, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 
  • Minimum 1 year procurement experience; retail/FMCG background preferred. 
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and data analysis skills. 
  • Familiarity with procurement policies, ethics, and inventory systems. 

4) Shelf keepers — 25 Positions 

Role Purpose: 

Deliver a positive shopping experience by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, offering product information, and closing sales—while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor and accurate records. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist every customer; answer questions and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Handle transactions accurately; maintain up-to-date sales records, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation, cleanliness, and shelf availability. 
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints courteously; escalate when necessary. 
  • Build lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and after-sales courtesy calls.
  • Review personal sales performance and work towards daily/weekly targets. 

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail/customer-facing sales. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge appetite, and target-driven attitude. 
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace. 

5) Cashiers — 6 Positions 

Role Purpose:

Ensure smooth & accurate transaction processing, deliver positive customer experiences,  support supermarket operational compliance & efficiency

Key Responsibilities 

  • Scan/Input merchandise correctly; Process diverse payments; Issue receipts/invoices
  • Provide polite & responsive assistance; Resolve minor customer issues; Maintain checkout area order.
  • Cash reconciliation; Loss prevention; Adhere to rules.
  • Maintain checkout area cleanliness; Report operational issues; Assist with inventory checks.

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic literacy and numeracy (reading product labels, calculating change) are essential.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail/customer-facing sales. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge appetite, and target-driven attitude. 
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace. Basic familiarity with electronic devices to quickly learn how to operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, barcode scanners, and payment terminals.

6) Drivers — 3 Positions 

Role Purpose

The core purpose of a driver is to support the administrative execution and logistics support work through safe, efficient, and meticulous driving and services. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the official travel and commuting needs of management staff and employees, and guarantee the safety of drivers and passengers.
  • Provide effective support for the procurement and transportation services of administrative and logistics materials.
  • Ensure proper daily management and maintenance of vehicles.
  • Complete other temporary work arrangements.

Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Junior high school education or above, with basic reading and writing skills, able to fill out driving logs clearly, and understand administrative notices as well as vehicle operation instructions.
  • Hold a valid motor vehicle driving license with more than 3 years of driving experience; no records of violations such as major traffic accidents, drunk driving, or drug driving.
  • At least 22 years old, with no criminal record.
  • In good health, with no diseases that affect driving.
  • Familiar with the operation of common administrative vehicles such as sedans and commercial vehicles.
  • Possess knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, and be fluent in English.
