Key Responsibilities:

✔ Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes or customer requests.
✔ Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner to enhance their experience.
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
✔ Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to management.
✔ Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
✔ Comply with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
✔ Present drinks attractively, following company standards.
✔ Work closely with kitchen staff and waiters to ensure smooth service.
✔ Operate and maintain bar tools and equipment efficiently.
✔ Stay updated on new drink recipes and beverage trends.
✔ Promote and upsell premium drinks and bar specials.
✔ Assist in opening and closing duties.
✔ Follow alcohol service guidelines, including verifying age requirements.
✔ Provide bar services for special events and private functions.
✔ Address guest issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in bartending or a similar hospitality role.
✅ Proven knowledge of drink preparation, bartending techniques, and cocktail recipes.
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
✅ Strong knowledge of bar tools, equipment, and inventory management.
✅ Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
✅ Basic math skills for handling cash and balancing registers.
