Location: Dar es Salaam

As a Relationship Officer, your primary role will be to manage client portfolios, ensuring performance within company limits, and addressing customer concerns effectively. You will oversee the conversion of pre-banking, demand, and repossession buckets while onboarding new customers promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio performance within established limits.
• Ensure timely onboarding and support for new customers.
• Address client concerns and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare detailed weekly and daily reports on portfolio and conversions.
• Facilitate timely settlements and efficient communication with clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
