Role: Sales Executive
Job Location: Dar Es Salaam
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Direct Reportees: Head of Sales

Job Objective

The Sales Executive is responsible for building business by identifying and selling ISP enterprise and SME prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and performing daily sales-related tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform ISP enterprise and SME sales activities to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and contact potential customers through site visits and cold calling.
  • Update customer databases and manage inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain productive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend sales training programs for professional development.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and contribute to company growth.
  • Develop sales strategies and projections, staying informed of online marketing trends and competitors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of ISP products (e.g., Dedicated Internet, MPLS, Cloud).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ISP/MNO sales.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and other relevant tools.
