Role: Sales Executive
Job Location: Dar Es Salaam
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Direct Reportees: Head of Sales
Job Objective
The Sales Executive is responsible for building business by identifying and selling ISP enterprise and SME prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and performing daily sales-related tasks.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform ISP enterprise and SME sales activities to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and contact potential customers through site visits and cold calling.
- Update customer databases and manage inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain productive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales training programs for professional development.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and contribute to company growth.
- Develop sales strategies and projections, staying informed of online marketing trends and competitors.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Strong understanding of ISP products (e.g., Dedicated Internet, MPLS, Cloud).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ISP/MNO sales.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and other relevant tools.
