JOB APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews for various positions between 17-01-2024, and 20-01-2025, that the results for successful candidates are listed in this announcement. The list also includes candidates who were in the Secretariat’s database for various roles and have now been assigned job placements as positions became available.
Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters from the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), Dr. Asha-Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. Letters not collected within the stipulated time will be sent to the applicants’ postal addresses.
Additionally, candidates who have successfully passed the interviews and been assigned job placements must report to their employers within the time specified in their appointment letters. They must present their original academic certificates, starting from the Certificate of Secondary Education (Form Four) onwards, for verification by the employer before being issued an official employment letter.
For those whose names are not included in this announcement, it means they were not selected or did not pass the interviews. Such applicants are encouraged to reapply for future job opportunities as they are advertised.

Those collecting their job placement letters must bring identification for verification purposes. Acceptable identification includes:
- National ID
- Passport
- Resident Zanzibar ID
- Voter ID
- Driver’s License
