Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary

Ramada Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to deliver outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests enjoy their dining experience, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Engagement
   • Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
   • Present menus, explain dishes, and provide personalized recommendations.
   • Address special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Service Excellence
   • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
   • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring the correct items are delivered.
   • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding to their needs.
3. Operational Support
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service.
   • Assist in setting up and closing down the dining area as required.
   • Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
4. Health and Safety Compliance
   • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years in the food and beverage management or hospitality industry.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
