Management Trainee Crash Course Program (6 Months)
Mwanga Hakika Bank Limited (MHB) is a fast-growing commercial bank in Tanzania, committed to delivering innovative financial solutions that empower individuals, businesses, and communities. As part of its commitment to talent development and institutional growth, MHB has launched a structured and intensive 6-month crash course program aimed at developing high-potential graduates into well-rounded business banking professionals.
Through intensive class-room training and hands-on rotations across key business functions, including Commercial and Retail Banking, Management Trainees will gain practical experience, broad business exposure, and the skills required to thrive in client-facing and revenue-generating roles.
The program is based at the Bank’s Head Office in Dar es Salaam, however after 6 months the Management Trainees can be posted to any branch office of the bank.
Overview of the program.
This program is designed as a fast-paced crash course in banking, combining theory and practice through:
- On-the-job training and job rotations.
- Structured classroom sessions and workshops.
- Mentorship from experienced banking professionals.
- Exposure to banking operations, sales, and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 to 12 months’ experience in sales or business-related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
