Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office correspondence, records, and documentation.
  • ⁠Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • ⁠Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates may apply).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
