The Opportunity

QR Travel is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company, responsible for bridging the gap between our world-class travel services and our valued clients. Core Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales leads to increase booking volumes.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies across social media, email, and traditional channels.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, hotels, and airlines.
Package Development: Collaborate with the operations team to design and promote attractive travel packages and itineraries.
Customer Engagement: Provide expert travel advice and handle inquiries with a focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales or marketing role (travel/hospitality experience is highly preferred).
Skills: * Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Attributes: Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work independently.
