Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Assist with stock management and restocking supplies

Requirements: 

• Minimum High School education
• Previous barista experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction

POSITION: SECURITY SUPERVISOR 

Location: Dar es Salaam 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Must be a Tanzanian
• Minimum Form IV Certificate
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the security industry
• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Leader is mandatory ∙ Must possess a valid driving licence
• Resident of Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate security guards
• Conduct patrols and site inspections
• Prepare daily and incident reports
• Manage duty rosters and staff attendance
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Train and mentor security personnel

POSITION: ACCOUNTANTS (5 POST) 

Qualification and Experience 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and taxation
• Not more than 45 years of age
• Ability to write and speak English
• Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
• High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills

Key responsibilities 

• Prepare, examine payroll, financial statements and other financial reports for accuracy, completeness and  conformance to reporting standards.
• Register new employees with NSSF benefits. And Prepare Monthly TRA, NSSF, WCF and other statutory returns
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts and finance documentation and keep track of creditors and  debtors
• Calculate provisional tax and revise as necessary, maintain finance files and assist audits ∙ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Carry out financial analysis of the company operations to inform decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic management reports that compare budgeted costs  to actual costs and variances.
• Analyze on a monthly basis chargeable and non-chargeable time in the Company.
• Update accounts receivable and payable lists and conduct debtors and creditors age analyses.
• Compute all relevant taxes, prepare and file tax returns to ensure compliance with all statutory authorities
• Compute, make payment and submit all relevant statutory returns.

POSITION; SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER (4 POST) 

Qualification and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a  plus.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, and content creation.
• Strong background in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation. –
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing  automation tools.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Budgeting and business planning.
• Producing effective and persuasive marketing materials including emails, proposals and bids,  marketing contents, website pages, brochures, marketing videos etc.
• Contract Review and Negotiation
• Customer Services
• Responsible in Revenue & market share growth
• Business strategy formulation including competitive analysis & strategies
