PROCUREMENT MANAGER (2 POSITIONS) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement procurement plans in line with company strategyandpolicy.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure value for money in all purchases. Supervise procurement staff, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate record- keeping.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Enforce procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support budgeting and cost-control efforts across departments. Lead and mentor the procurement team to ensure performance excellence. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP-T) is anadvantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail procurement management. 

PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR (3 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

  • To support the procurement manager in day-to-day purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management while ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Ensure timely delivery and follow-up of ordered goods.
  • Support in market research, supplier evaluations and cost comparison exercises.
  • Coordinate with finance and stores on payment and inventory reconciliation. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in retail or wholesale operations.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to ethical conduct. 

HR & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (2 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

  • To manage all human resource and administrative operations, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, compliance, and staff welfare across the supermarket branches. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the branch.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff welfare programs.
  • Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and training activities.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Supervise administrative services including facilities, logistics, and records.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and organizational standards. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR management experience, preferably in retail. 

HR & ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR (3 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

To support the HR & Administration Manager in day-to-day personnel management, staff coordination, and administrative operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in recruitment, interviews, and on-boarding of new staff.
  • Maintain accurate records on attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Handle logistics, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure timely preparation of HR and admin reports.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or office administration.

ACCOUNTANT (2 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

To supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity inall financial reporting activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise branch accountants and ensure proper bookkeeping.
  • Review financial reports and reconciliations before submission.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Mentor accounting teams and coordinate inter-branch transactions.
  • Support budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA holder preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting with 2 years in supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Integrity and commitment to high professional standards. 

ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT (3 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

To manage branch financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare branch financial statements, reconcile accounts, and monitor expenses.
  •  Support budgeting, auditing, and inventory valuation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations on payment processing and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • CPA holder preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in retail or service sector accounting.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting systems and IFRS.
  • High integrity, accuracy, and analytical ability. 

SUPERMARKET MANAGER (2 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

  • To lead branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and achieve profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee branch operations including sales, inventory, and staff supervision to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with operational standards.
  •  Monitor performance indicators, sales targets, and profit margins.
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and HR for smooth branch operations.
  •  Monitor sales performance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement departments for operational synergy.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relatedfield.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or supermarket operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach and operational discipline.
  • Ability to coordinate field and administrative teams effectively. 

SUPERMARKET SUPERVISOR (4 POSITIONS) 

Role Purpose: 

To supervise daily supermarket floor operations, ensuring adherence to standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise daily floor operations and ensure stock keeper performance.
  • Manage product display, pricing, and stock rotation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Track sales performance and prepare daily reports.
  • Support training and motivate stock keeper.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supermarket or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods supervision.
