Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in shops or bank branch management
- Experience in telecom or bank branch management is an added advantage
Core responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency of the Yas-owned shop
- Promote a customer-focused attitude and a culture of excellent customer service across the team
- Ensure all team members are well-versed in product knowledge
- Timely prepare and present operational and financial reports
- Execute plans to increase sales and enhance profitability to meet Yas-owned shop targets
- Manage stock and inventory control of Yas products and services
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations to provide a safe environment for customers and staff
Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
