Position: Accounts Officer

Mawibho Beverages Company Limited, engaged in the production and distribution of soft drinks, is advertising job vacancies for the position of:

Accounts Officer

Qualifications for the Applicant:

Must have completed at least Form Six Certificate
Must have a certificate in accounting, or a diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Experience in accounting, especially in the beverage or FMCG sector, will be given priority
Good ability to use computer programs such as (Ms Excel, Ms Word)
Ability to work hard without close supervision

Job Responsibilities:

Close accounts of salespeople
Receive accounts statements and verify payment slips from salespeople.
Monitor the balance of the company accounts and balance the accounts daily
Ensure that supplier accounts are consistent and close with the office accounts.
Prepare accounting reports weekly and monthly
