1. Background

Qatar Charity Tanzania Office hereby invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for inclusion in the roster of pre-qualified vendors. This roster will be used to identify potential suppliers for future procurement of goods and services in support of humanitarian and development operations.

2. Scope of Supply Categories

Interested suppliers must demonstrate capacity to provide goods and services in one or more of the following categories:

  1. QCTZ/2026/EOI/001 -General Supplies
  2. QCTZ/2026/EOI/002 -Medical Equipment and Supplies
  3. QCTZ/2026/EOI/003-Electrical tools and Equipment
  4. QCTZ/2026/EOI/004- Three Wheelers Motorcycles ( Bajaj, Toyo) 
  5. QCTZ/2026/EOI/005- Carpentry tools and equipment
  6. QCTZ/2026/EOI/006- Furniture
  7. QCTZ/2026/EOI/007- Stationery
  8. QCTZ/2026/EOI/008- Sewing Machines and Accessories
  9. QCTZ/2026/EOI/009- Food Security Supplies 
  10. QCTZ/2026/EOI/010- Clothes and uniform supplies
  11. QCTZ/2026/EOI/011- Livestock and Agriculture
  12. QCTZ/2026/EOI/012-Motorcycles- Bodaboda
  13. QCTZ/2026/EOI/013- Bicycles
  14. QCTZ/2026/EOI/014-Sugarcane machine and its accessories.
  15. QCTZ/2026/EOI/015- Printing services
  16. QCTZ/2026/EOI/016-Air/Ferry/SGR/ tickets and Hotel Agency (Travel Agency)
  17. QCTZ/2026/EOI/017- Provision of Providing Services
  18. QCTZ/2026/EOI/018 – Cleaning Companies
  19. QCTZ/2026/EOI/019- ICT Equipment Supply
  20. QCTZ/2026/EOI/020- Constructions services (Contractors) and Consultancy services (Consultants)
  21. QCTZ/2026/EOI/021-Water Projects Contractors and Consultants.

3. Eligibility Criteria

EOIs are open to legally registered entities operating in Tanzania or international firms with a local presence. Suppliers must not be affiliated with any financing organization and must not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions.

4. Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit the following documentation:

  • Company Profile
  • Application Letter quoted with reference number on Supply Category
  • Valid Business License
  • VAT and TIN Registration Certificates
  • Brela – Brela Search – Detailed Information.
  • Brela- Extract
  • Audited Financial Statements (last 3 years)
  • List of Past Contracts and References
  • Safety and Quality Certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
  • Bank Details with Verification Letter from Bank
  • Certificate of Incorporation 
  • License to practice
  • Valid ID or Passport of the Company Signatories
  • Valid ID or Passport of the Contact Person
  • Any other Documents.

5. Prevention Of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse:

Qatar Charity unequivocally condemns all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse, as well as bullying and various non-sexual abuses of power committed by its employees and affiliated personnel against any individual, irrespective of age, gender, sexuality, disability, religion, or ethnic origin.

Qatar Charity is dedicated to taking proactive measures to prevent any adverse impacts such as sexual exploitation and abuse by its employees and associated personnel against beneficiaries and members of the community at large during projects and programs.

The organization treats all complaints and concerns regarding sexual exploitation and abuse with the utmost seriousness, initiating thorough investigations into any reported incidents that suggest a potential violation of this policy and the Qatar Charity Code of Conduct.

In line with a commitment to the highest ethical standards, all Qatar Charity employees and affiliated vendors are mandated to engage with project beneficiaries and members of the community at large, paying special attention to the most vulnerable groups, including minors, women, the elderly, and social outcasts. Qatar Charity is dedicated to fostering a zero-tolerance organizational culture against all forms of exploitation or sexual abuse.

The Qatar Charity Management, among other responsibilities, is entrusted with the task of establishing and maintaining an environment that actively prevents sexual exploitation and abuse.

6. Child Protection:

The Supplier/Vendor will ensure that all allegations, suspicions and incidents of abuse, harm, or the risk of harm to children and/or adults at risk or where there is concern about the behavior of an individual are reported immediately.

Ensure the protection and safety of children in all business activities and facilities.

Prohibit hiring young workers (below 18 years of age) to perform any type of work that is likely to jeopardize their health, safety, or morals.

Specify zero tolerance of harassment and exploitation of young workers, and the measures in place to protect them from discrimination, violence, and abuse.

Zero tolerance of violence, exploitation, and abuse of children, including but not limited to sexual exploitation. Provide context details as appropriate, e.g., child prostitution, child abuse images.

State that all allegations will be taken seriously and investigated. Serious allegations will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Zero tolerance applies outside of working hours, as well as in the workplace.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

All personal data submitted in response to this EOI will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 of Tanzania and relevant QC data protection standards. Qatar Charity Tanzania acts as the Data Controller and ensures that data is collected lawfully, stored securely, and used solely for procurement evaluation purposes.

Cross-border data transfers, if applicable, will be conducted in compliance with the Personal Data Protection (Personal Data Collection and Processing) Regulations, 2023. Suppliers may be requested to demonstrate their own data protection policies and practices

7. Submission Instructions

Vendors interested in submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) are required to send a tender document request via email to: qctanzania@qcharity.org

The request must clearly indicate the relevant category number to receive the tender documents and proceed with the application. 

As the submission of bids after receiving Tender Documents is 20th of January 2026

Failure to follow instructions the applicant will not contacted.
