Job Summary:
Milan Cable Television (MCTV) is seeking a highly motivated and presentable Customer Care Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate product and service information, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
Handle customer complaints professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive engagement and problem-solving.
Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Collaborate with technical and sales teams to address and resolve client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a customer care or related field.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Computer literate and able to quickly learn new systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Residents of Arusha will be given priority.
