We are looking for a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join the NBC Kariakoo Branch.

If you are hardworking, passionate about sales, and looking for an opportunity in the banking sector, this is your chance!

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell bank products to customers (especially savings products) based on their needs.
• Find new customers and convert opportunities into real sales.
• Plan and conduct sales meetings to achieve set targets.
• Ensure customers are well served and continue using the bank’s services.
• Represent NBC by adhering to KYC regulations and reporting any suspicious behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least a secondary school education
• 18 years or older
• Good communication skills
• Experience in sales and marketing

Requirements:

• Copies of academic certificates
• Copy of National ID (NIDA)
• Introduction letter from your local government (Mtaa)
• CV (Curriculum Vitae)
• TIN certificate
