CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) 

Provision of Branding and Printing Services – 2026 Financial Year 

STEPS Tanzania, a non-governmental organization working in collaboration with the Government of the United  Republic of Tanzania to strengthen HIV prevention, care, treatment, and community systems, invites qualified and  experienced service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Branding and Printing  Services for the 2026 Financial Year. 

The purpose of this call is to pre-qualify vendors who will fulfill the needs of STEPS Tanzania in improving broad  visibility, communications and program implementation needs. 

Scope of Services 

includes (but is not limited to): 

  • Graphic design and branding 
  • Design and printing of IEC/SBCC materials 
  • Printing of brochures, posters, banners, reports, and promotional items 
  • Branding of T-shirts, caps, bags, and other materials 
  • Compliance with donor branding and visibility requirements 
  • Packaging and delivery of materials 

Eligibility: 

Interested vendors must be legally registered in Tanzania, tax compliant, and have proven experience in branding and  printing services. Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded projects is an added advantage. 

Submission Requirements: 

Interested service providers are requested to submit the following documents: 

  1. Recent company profile 
  2. Certificate of Incorporation 
  3. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and valid Tax Clearance Certificate 
  4. Valid Business License 
  5. List of Directors and their contact details 
  6. List of previous clients for reference checks
