• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering growth and teamwork.
• Take ownership of budgets, cost control, and revenue growth, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
• Create a culture of excellence by ensuring operational standards and service consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven F&B leadership experience, ideally in a resort or luxury setting.
• Africa or island experience is a big plus!
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
• A natural coach who empowers and uplifts their team.
• Sound financial and operational expertise in F&B.
• Passion for innovation and delivering unforgettable moments to guests.
