About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fast-Food Supervisor to join our growing team in Mwanza. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about customer service, operational excellence, and team management in a fast-paced food service environment.
Key Requirements
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in fast food or hospitality supervision
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Mwanza
- Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Quality Control: Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fast-food outlet
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor food preparation and ensure quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report to senior management and contribute to business growth
