Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Tanzanian Labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience in employee relation and performance management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize task.
• Minimum of three 3 years in a related field
