Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Salesperson to promote and sell a range of household electronic appliances, including rice cookers, blenders, televisions, subwoofers, pressure cookers, and more. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and willing to travel to meet clients and attend sales events when required.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell household electronic products to individual and retail customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, providing professional advice to aid purchase decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Travel to different regions or client locations as needed to drive sales growth.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in electronics, appliances, or a retail environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability and willingness to travel for work when required.
- Basic knowledge of household electronics and appliances is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
