Legal Officer – Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a legal or corporate environment
Practical knowledge of OSHA regulations, labour laws, and related employment legislation
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Ability to support legal and administrative compliance activities, including statutory filings and regulatory correspondence
Familiarity with labor law, commercial law, and basic corporate governance requirements
Strong legal research, analysis, and documentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
Professional integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment
