Position: Loan Officers (18 Positions)

Industry: Microfinance / Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential clients for loan products.
• Conduct field visits and assess borrower eligibility and creditworthiness.
• Process loan applications and prepare client documentation.
• Monitor loan utilization and ensure funds are used appropriately.
• Track repayment schedules and follow up with clients to maintain portfolio quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and local communities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Loan Officer.
• Knowledge of lending procedures and credit risk assessment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
