Position: Managed Services Account Manager

Computer Center 

The duties and responsibilities are as per attached herein

  • Identify and generate potential leads and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity creation through to successful closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Acquire new customers and expand the organization’s client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Generate additional business from existing clients through cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery and customer support.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers in line with company guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide relevant insights.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers through meetings, calls, and events to strengthen relationships.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues or operational challenges to management in a timely manner.

Certifications /Training 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to identify new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer relationship management practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools will be an added advantage, along with strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
