Reports to: Managing Director
Working Hours: Flexible (Generally 08:00 – 20:00, 6 Days/Week)
Contract Duration: Three (3) Months Renewable, Based on Performance and Sales Results.

Job Summary
We are looking for Energetic, Persuasive, and Self-Driven Sales Representatives to Promote and Sell our Premium Products across Morogoro Municipality and surrounding Districts.
This is a Commission-Only and Field – Based Role (Not Office – Based). Ideal candidates are Professional, Resilient, and committed to Exceeding Sales Targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Godoro Point products (Existing and New) to Customers and Institutions.
- Conduct Door-To-Door, Corporate, and Retail Sales Activities.
- Use Normal Calls, Texts, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for Online/Offline Marketing and Sales.
- Explain Product Features: – Densities, Elasticity, Warranty and Durability to Customers.
- Maintain Accurate Sales and Customer Records.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships to drive Repeat Business and Referrals.
- Provide Weekly Market Updates and Customer Feedback and Demands.
- Represent Godoro Point Professionally and with Integrity.
Qualifications and Requirements
Tools & Technical:
- Laptop and/or Reliable Smartphone with Active Social Media Accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with Field Work Only.
Education & Knowledge:
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Any Related Field, and / or Proven Ability to Perform the Role.
- Basic knowledge of Physics (Densities, Metrics, and Elasticity) and Mathematics.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong Persuasive and Selling Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills.
- Fluent in English and Swahili (spoken and written).
- Strong Record Management and Discipline.
- 1 Year Shop Selling Skills in Similar Fields will be an Added Advantage.
- Basic Operations of EFD Machines is a Must.
Personal Attributes:
- Neat, Professional Appearance and Excellent Personality.
- Physically Fit and Able to Walk Long Distances.
- Self-Driven, Hardworking, and Target-Oriented.
- Age: 19 – 25 years.
- Based in Morogoro Town, Familiar with Local Geography.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Achievements: Strictly Measured on Individual Sales Volume and Value.
- Customer Retention & Referrals: Ability to build lasting relationships leading to repeat purchases.
Compensation
- Commission-Based Only, Paid Per Successful Sale.
- No Basic Salary, Transport, Or Pre-Interview Allowance.
