POSITION: MARKETING OFFICER
LOCATION: KIBAHA

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote company products and services.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  3. Coordinate promotional campaigns, advertisements, and events to increase brand visibility.
  4. Manage and update digital marketing platforms, including social media and company website.
  5. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and improvement recommendations.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing or similar role.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Swahili.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Flexible and willing to travel for marketing activities and events.
