Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing  operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and industry standards.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, productivity and cost control.
• Manage inventory, procurement and coordination with suppliers.
• Lead, train and supervise production and operation teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and management departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, operations Management or related fields.
• Proven experience as an operation manager or similar role in manufacturing at least 2 years. -Experience in mining equipment’s, heavy machinery, or industrial manufacturing is highly preferred. -Solid understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing and quality system.

-Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
