Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Pharmacy Sales Representative to support sales operations, promote pharmaceutical products, and deliver excellent customer service across assigned pharmacy outlets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys front-line sales, understands pharmacy retail, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Promote and sell pharmaceutical and consumer health products across assigned pharmacy outlets.
Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
Process sales transactions and support basic cash-handling activities where applicable.
Ensure proper shelf arrangement, product visibility, validity, and availability.
Support pharmacists with daily operations as required during field activities and promotions.
Monitor stock levels, identify fast- and slow-moving items, and support re-ordering.
Prepare basic sales and market feedback reports for the Commercial Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, OTC, cosmetics, and personal care products.
2–3 years of experience in pharmacy sales, FMCG sales, retail pharmacy, or consumer health sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
High level of integrity and customer care orientation.
Good numerical accuracy and basic computer literacy.
Willingness to move within Dar es Salaam to cover assigned outlets.
