POSITION: PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: Dodoma
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of serviced, short-stay furnished apartments in Dodoma.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate daily housekeeping, laundry, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure apartments are well maintained and fully equipped at all times
- Handle guest communication, inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Monitor bookings, occupancy, and basic records
- Supervise service providers (cleaners, fundis, security, etc.)
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Manage basic online presence, including responding to inquiries on booking platforms and maintaining simple social media updates (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook)
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in property management and/or hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
- Based in Dodoma or willing to work on-site
- Basic IT skills, including:
- Use of smartphones and WhatsApp Business
- Managing online bookings and messages
- Posting simple updates on social media platforms
