Hotel Verde Zanzibar is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. If you are a hospitality professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• A professional, welcoming personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest bookings
• Manage schedules and maintain office organization
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
