Position: Sales and Marketing Interns (2)
TrustLink Insurance Broker
Type: 6 months, with possible 6-month extension based on performance
Location: Dar es Salaam
Start: As soon as possible
What you’ll do
- Prospect and onboard new clients for personal and corporate insurance.
- Explain products clearly, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales.
- Support field activations, campus/SME outreach, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and submit weekly reports.
- Coordinate with insurers on proposals, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Collect market feedback and suggest product and process improvements.
- Promote TrustLink brand values at every touchpoint.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s student/graduate in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or related field.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Comfortable meeting targets and working in the field when needed.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and good social media skills.
- High integrity, coachable, and a team player.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, not a must.
