Sales and Marketing Manager

Our Sales department is excited to announce that we are looking for a competent and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodologyDirect and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers forproducts and servicesContributing to the development of marketing strategies.Conducting market research on rival productsDesigning and implementing marketing plans for company products.Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.Maintaining client relations.Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. e Creating and presenting sales performance reports.Perform other office duties as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven sales experience in similar role is mandatoryDiploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.Proven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skillsHaving worked in the security industry will be an added advantage.
