Job Description:

Facilitate Sales Growth: Actively promote the company’s travel services and packages to new
and existing clients, ensuring an increase in customer base and revenue. This includes building
relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable services.
Booking and Reservation Follow-up: Handle customer bookings from start to finish, ensuring all
reservations are accurate and confirmed. Follow up with customers to provide updates, resolve
issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Office Management: Support daily operations of the office, including handling correspondence,
maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Sales & Reservation Skills: Ability to effectively sell travel services, negotiate with clients, and
manage the reservation process.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Skilled in using online platforms to promote travel services,
engage potential customers, and enhance brand visibility.
Tourism Package Knowledge: Strong understanding of travel and tourism packages, including
destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
Amadeus Knowledge: Familiarity with the Amadeus reservation system for ticketing and travel
management.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, French, and Swahili to effectively communicate with diverse
clients.
Professional & Ethical Behaviour: Maintain integrity, honesty, and professionalism in dealing
with clients and colleagues.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions
that ensure customer satisfaction.
Graphics Design: Basic design skills to create attractive marketing materials, posters, and online
promotional content.
