Rashan’s Investment, a fast-growing beverage wholesale and distribution company, is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.

Position: Sales & Distribution Officer

Location: Mwanza

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell beverages to existing and new customers
• Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and cash collections
• Manage customer orders and follow up on payments
• Assist in stock management and reporting
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Experience in beverage sales or FMCG is an added advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Must be familiar with Mwanza routes (for distribution duties)
