Position: Sales Executive– HR CONSULTING

ROLE SUMMARY

This is a pure sales role. If you are driven by targets, commissions, closing deals, and winning new business, this role is for you.

The Sales Executive – HR Consulting is responsible for aggressively acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and positioning CVPeople Tanzania as the go-to HR solutions partner. You will be expected to hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close—consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

1. Aggressive New Business Development

  • Actively hunt for new clients across corporates, SMEs, NGOs, and donor-funded organizations
  • Sell Recruitment, Payroll, HR Outsourcing, Training, and Team Building services
  • Conduct cold calls, cold visits, follow-ups, and direct pitches
  • Convert leads into signed contracts and revenue

2. Deal Closing & Revenue Growth

  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals fast
  • Upsell and cross-sell HR services to existing clients
  • Take full ownership of your revenue numbers

3. Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
  • Track leads, conversions, and deal values
  • Deliver results weekly, monthly, and quarterly

4. Client Influence & Market Presence

  • Engage senior decision-makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Country Managers)
  • Represent CVPeople Tanzania confidently in the market
  • Spot opportunities before competitors do

TARGETS & KPIs (YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON THIS)

  • New clients acquired every month
  • Revenue closed per month and quarter
  • Deal conversion rate
  • Pipeline value vs actual closed revenue
  • Repeat business generated

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling services (HR, recruitment, outsourcing, consulting) is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed targets
