Position: Sales Manager

Mawibho Beverages Company Limited, a company engaged in the production and distribution of soft drinks, is advertising job vacancies for the position of:

SALES MANAGER

Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Mbeya

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s sales strategies.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.
Seek and maintain new and existing customers.
Ensure sales targets are met.
Monitor market, competition and customer trends.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service and sales.

Applicant Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
Must have at least [2] years of experience in sales, including a leadership role.
Must have good communication and persuasive skills.
Must be creative, organized and have good decision-making skills.
Must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Computer and sales system skills are an advantage.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.
