We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive!

Are you passionate about technology, marketing, and helping businesses grow through smart digital solutions? We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing to join our vibrant team!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales of EncodeWorld’s business solutions — including software, consultancy, and management systems.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and craft strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Work with our marketing team to create engaging campaigns, content, and promotions that boost brand awareness.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations that reflect client needs and EncodeWorld’s value.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator with a flair for persuasion and relationship-building.
• Experience in software sales, business development, or marketing (an added advantage).
• Creative thinker who enjoys working towards targets and solving client challenges.
