ITM Tanzania Ltd, a division of the ITM AFRICA Group, is a well-established service provider across East Africa. They are seeking 15 motivated Sales Agents to help drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Agent, you will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Sales Supervisor and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets as directed by the Sales Supervisor.
- Follow sales journey plans developed by the Supervisor.
- Report all sales, leads, and customer concerns.
- Participate in below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities.
- Gather and submit market intelligence and competitor updates.
- Drive sales uplift for assigned dealers and ensure monthly growth.
- Attend team meetings with sales and dealership teams.
- Strengthen customer relationships in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with bike association leaders and on-the-ground teams.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into active customers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Supervisor.
- Participate in both offline and online marketing efforts (including social media).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies.
- 1–2 years of sales experience; experience in automotive (especially 2 & 3 wheelers) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, dynamic, and team-oriented.
