Position Overview: CRM Coordinator

As a CRM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic management of our CRM systems and marketing communications. Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ” Customer Relationship Management

  • Implement innovative CRM strategies to increase player loyalty and engagement.
  • Maintain and organize customer profiles for targeted marketing.
  • Segment users based on activity, geography, and behavior for optimized communications.
  • Manage lifecycle messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app platforms.

๐ŸŽฏ Campaign Management & CRM Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns including promotions, tournaments, and seasonal offers.
  • Set up and test bonus journeys, ensuring a smooth and bug-free user experience.
  • Coordinate marketing content such as promotional pages, emails, and messaging sequences.
  • Maintain a multi-channel calendar aligned with events, sports fixtures, and user behavior.

โœ… Skilled in CRM platforms and back-office campaign setups
โœ… Strong analytical and reporting skills
โœ… Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
โœ… Familiarity with sports, gaming cycles, and betting product trends
