Porter

Front Office / Guest Services

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests and visitors with luggage and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies and public areas.
•  Support reception and general operational activities.
• Transport office equipment and supplies safely within the facility.
• Report suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.

Qualification

• Form Four Certificate (Ordinary Level Secondary Education).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience. Attendance of security training or JKT (Jeshi la
  Kujenga Taifa) is required.

Language

• Good communication skills. English an advantage.

Remuneration

• Competitive remuneration depending on experience
