Position: Sales Officer – Computer Store (Physical & Online Sales)
Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team and manage both in-store and online sales for our computer shop. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping clients find the right laptops, desktops, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable products
- Manage online inquiries, orders, and product listings
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
- Support inventory updates and product displays
- Coordinate delivery for online orders and provide after-sales support
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (electronics preferred)
- Good knowledge of computer products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage social media and online sales platforms
- Added advantage if you have graphic design skills
