We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to manage and grow our supermarket operatis. ideal candidate will be respsible for driving sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, training and motivating staff, and understanding market trends to optimize product selecti and maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase in-store and line sales.
- Identify new sales opportunities and implement initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify high-demand products.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote supermarket and its products.
- Mitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with suppliers for promotial activities and special deals.
- Train staff customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive work envirment that motivates employees to achieve sales targets.
- Cduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Ensure right mix of products is available to meet customer demand.
- Work with suppliers to source quality products at competitive prices.
- Ensure store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels to reduce wastage and avoid stockouts.
- Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrati, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or supermarket management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strg knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communicati and interpersal skills.
- Ability to train, lead, and motivate a team.
- Proficient in using retail management software and analyzing sales data.
