- Position: Head of Program Implementation / Country Representative.
- Operating in Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, and Tanzania, RTV partners with remote rural communities via data-driven, sustainable poverty graduation models.
- Raising The Village (RTV) is an international development organization committed to eradicating ultra-poverty across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Field Travel: 70%.
- Reporting To: Regional Programs Director.

Requirements
- Strong command of business intelligence, database programs, and statistical software tools.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated background in agricultural development, water, health, or poverty graduation models; expertise in logical frameworks, theory of change, and impact evaluations.
- Languages & Tech: Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in Kiswahili is required.
- Years of Experience: 12+ Years.
- Education: Master's degree (MA/MSc preferred) in International Development, Agricultural Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
