  • Field Travel: Up to 60%.
  • Staff Capacity Building: Identify field staff learning gaps; design standardized training programs and local-language micro-learning content for digital devices; evaluate learning effectiveness.

  • The Program Coordinator - Applied Learning acts as the bridge between data, field implementation, research, and technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge Documentation & Management: Capture methodology adaptations, lessons learned, and field best practices into standardized handbooks; ensure version control and maintain quality standards across organizational knowledge bases.
  • Translation & Content Localization: Oversee quality control of machine-translated technical guides, training manuals, and WASH/agriculture resources from English to Kiswahili; manage external translation consultants and ToRs.
  • Qualitative Research & Field Insights: Design qualitative tools (FGDs, KIIs); conduct qualitative field evaluations in Kiswahili and local dialects; synthesize research insights to inform program design and policy adjustments.
