Role overview
autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Silicone Sealants.. This also covers tanzania Glory is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and revenue for our core product lines,.
Operating out of our 100-acre industrial park in Kigamboni, you will engage real estate developers, contractors, façade engineering firms, and distributors to expand our commercial footprint across Tanzania.
Key responsibilities
- Fluency in English and Swahili (spoken and written). Basic Chinese capability is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license or personal vehicle availability is preferred.
- Date Posted: July 2026.
- 1-2 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably inside the construction or building materials sector.
- Market Insights: Track market trends, compile competitor analysis, and deliver structured sales performance reports to management.
- Complete Sales Cycle Management: Oversee client accounts from lead generation and solution pitching to order fulfillment and invoice collection.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across broad contractors, developers, and building material distributors.
- Account Management: Build lasting relationships with existing key accounts so that post-sale satisfaction and repeat business.
