About the Role

Tanzania Glory is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and revenue for our core product lines, including Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks and Silicone Sealants. Operating out of our 100-acre industrial park in Kigamboni, you will engage real estate developers, contractors, façade engineering firms, and distributors to expand our commercial footprint across Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across general contractors, developers, and building material distributors.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee client accounts from lead generation and solution pitching to order fulfillment and invoice collection.
Market Insights: Track market trends, compile competitor analysis, and deliver structured sales performance reports to management.
Account Management: Build lasting relationships with existing key accounts to ensure post-sale satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
Fluency in English and Swahili (spoken and written). Basic Chinese capability is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license or personal vehicle availability is preferred.
